The New York County District Attorney's Office has opportunities for attorneys and law school students to join one of the premier prosecutors' offices in the United States. After joining the office, attorneys are given a great deal of room for both lateral and upward mobility. We encourage our attorneys to pursue different areas of interest thereby allowing for new challenges throughout their careers. We also have a well-established Summer Intern Program, which affords first- and second-year law students the opportunity to see firsthand the responsibilities of an Assistant District Attorney.
