Guilty Plea in Grade-Fixing at Baruch

He was the kind of school administrator some college students might have considered themselves lucky to encounter, someone who was willing to raise grades issued by professors when the students’ marks fell short of graduation requirements.
But to make those changes, the administrator, Chris Koutsoutis, forged the signatures of professors and his superiors at Baruch College. He also made up reasons for the changes, most often saying that the student had finally turned in missing work.
