D.A. Bragg Announces Indictment Of Dr. Maurizio Miglietta For Sexually Assaulting Woman After Displaying Firearm
“As alleged, this prominent doctor used his position to lure a woman to his apartment under the guise of professional networking and mentorship,” said District Attorney Bragg. “Instead, he allegedly displayed a firearm that he said was loaded, and sexually assaulted her as she repeatedly said no. D.A.’s Office Sees Antiquities Returned to Greece
The Antiquities Trading Unit (ATU) of the Manhattan District Attorney’s office said on Oct. 10 that it had effected the return of 29 antiquities collectively valued at $3 million to the people of Greece.
