Man pleads guilty to gun possession in connection with 2022 NYC synagogue threat 
A man charged in what prosecutors say was a planned terror attack on New York’s Jewish community pleaded guilty to gun possession Wednesday, the Manhattan district attorney’s office said.

“Christopher Brown has been held accountable for his plan to commit a violent, antisemitic terrorist attack.” said District Attorney Bragg. “Thankfully, we were able to intervene and prevent him from following through, which is the result of the close partnership we have with our law enforcement partners on the local and federal level. I want Manhattan’s Jewish community to know that we are remaining extremely vigilant against threats of violence during this time of rising antisemitism, and our Terrorism and Hate Crimes Units are continuing to conduct proactive investigations to keep everyone safe.”
‘Neighborhood navigators’ offer snacks and services to Manhattan’s homeless population 
The program is partly aimed at preventing crimes, Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg said. But he said only a small share of encounters ever escalate to that level. Neighborhood Navigators also intends to help people who aren't violent — and whom many New Yorkers may cross the street to avoid.
Man Indicted for August Subway Stabbing 
He was arraigned in Supreme Court on September 16 and is facing charges of Attempted Assault in the First Degree and Assault in the Second Degree.
Subway Stabber Indicted For Random UES Assault: Prosecutors 
“As alleged, Amad Edwards viciously stabbed a stranger on a subway platform in the early morning hours,” said Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg following Monday’s indictment. “We will continue to hold people accountable who commit harmful and illegal conduct in our stations and on our subways.”
UES Subway Stabber Indicted: DA 
The victim sought help from a Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) employee before being transported to NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, according to officials, where he received stitches.
