Midtown rapist in 25-year-old cold case sentenced to 20 years in prison Click For More

Jancys Santiago was ordered to serve 20 years in prison, then five years of post-release supervision, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg, Jr. announced in a statement on Wednesday.
