“Francisco Villalva worked hard to support his family in Mexico and dreamed of buying a home. That dream was cut short when he was callously shot and murdered while doing his job,” said District Attorney Bragg. “While this sentence provides a strong measure of accountability, we can never undo this devastating tragedy, and I know his memory will continue to live on with his friends, family and community.”

Julia Fox’s Brother Indicted Over Ghost Gun ‘Factory’ In NYC Apt: DA Click For More

The brother of "Uncut Gems" star and Kanye West ex Julia Fox faces a sprawling indictment on accusations he turned his home into a ghost gun-making "factory," prosecutors said. Christopher Fox, 30, was charged Wednesday with a slew of gun- and drug-related charges after a high-profile raid of his Upper East Side apartment. Photographs taken after the March 8 raid show what prosecutors said was found in Fox's East 84th Street home: a slew of 3-D printed gun parts and a pill press. Fox used an "arsenal" of materials to produce both guns and drugs, said Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg in a statement.

Upper East Side man turned apartment into ghost gun and drug factory: DA Bragg Click For More

An Upper East Side man was indicted Wednesday for allegedly turning his apartment into a factory for ghost gun parts and narcotics. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said that Christopher Fox, 30, of East 84th Street, allegedly had enough 3D-printed gun parts “to assemble an operable assault weapon-style rifle,” and more than $7,000 in drug paraphernalia and chemicals that could be used to create synthetic drugs. For good measure, he also allegedly possessed numerous quantities of fentanyl, cocaine, heroin, oxycodone, amphetamine and methadone.

Julia Fox ducks reporters as her kid brother is indicted for guns, drugs Click For More

Julia Fox ducked reporters and hid behind a burly bodyguard in a Manhattan courtroom Wednesday as her kid brother got indicted on a slew of gun and drug charges. Fox, wearing a brown belted jacket with a necklace over a printed tee shirt and brown pants and carrying a pink pocketbook was largely mum as she sat with other relatives to watch as Christopher Fox pleaded not guilty to the felony raps. The “Uncut Gems” actress, 33, then dashed out of the courthouse and out of sight. Her 30-year-old brother, Christopher Fox, was arrested last month and charged with using a 3D printer to manufacture gun parts that could be assembled and sold as untraceable “ghost guns.”

D.A. Bragg & Commissioner Sewell Announce Indictment of Christopher Fox in Ghost Guns And Narcotics Takedown Click For More

“As alleged, Christopher Fox fully equipped himself with an arsenal of materials to operate a ghost gun and narcotics factory out of his home,” said District Attorney Bragg. “His use of 3D printing to manufacture parts for assault-style weapons serves as another example of just how easy and cheap it is to create dangerous firearms in a home or apartment. With just a couple clicks online and a few hundred dollars, these guns can be created without any background check or license. We will continue to crackdown on the polymer pipeline with our law enforcement partners and advocate for tougher laws to stop the proliferation of these weapons.”
