A thieving con man dubbed “the worst boyfriend on the Upper East Side” has been indicted for stealing over $1.8 million from a series of women. Nelson Counne, 69, was charged with a scheme to defraud in the first degree, two counts of grand larceny in the second degree, and grand larceny in the third degree.
