D.A. Bragg: William Hathaway Convicted At Trial Of West Village Apartment Rape Following Soho House Date Click For More

“A jury of William Hathaway’s peers found him guilty of raping a young woman at his apartment in the West Village following their first date,” said District Attorney Bragg. “This conviction makes clear that initial consent is not a blank check for rape. This survivor clearly said stop again and again, but the defendant did not. I thank her for taking the stand and delivering frank and honest testimony while enduring repeated claims that she was a liar full of regret. I’m grateful to the members of the jury for their service and several days of careful deliberation. "As alleged, Mark Measures and KMR stole approximately $1.8 million from 160 hard working actors, many of whom were balancing other jobs to stay afloat while pursuing their acting careers. These defendants also stole thousands of dollars from his employees by taking wages that were meant to be invested in their retirement accounts. Rather than pay the actors and employees, the defendants used their hard-earned money to fund his lavish lifestyle,” said District Attorney Bragg. “This alleged conduct is egregious, and we will continue to fight for Manhattanites to receive every dollar they earn.
