Newly Announced Superseding Indictment
According to court records and statements made on the record in court, in March 2014, JEAN kidnapped a 19-year-old woman by pushing her into a car after she was released from a hospital. JEAN forcibly raped and drugged her, created advertisements for sexual acts, and trafficked her from a New Jersey motel until she was able to escape.
In Summer 2020, JEAN kidnapped a 22-year-old woman who stopped working for him, took her back to his Manhattan apartment, repeatedly raped her, and trafficked her.
Both women called the Office’s Human Trafficking help line to report these allegations after seeing the announcement of JEAN’s initial indictment.
