May 13, 2025

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. “This is an incredibly disturbing series of alleged incidents that targeted multiple victims,” said District Attorney Bragg. “I thank the NYPD for quickly apprehending this defendant, and urge anyone who has been the victim of a sexual abuse should call our Special Victims Division at 212-335-9373.”

According to court documents and statements made on the record, on April 25, 2025, at approximately 8:11 a.m., PAGE approached a legally blind woman on West 23rd Street between 6th and 7th Avenues, indicated he was a detective and then grabbed her buttocks before running off.

On April 28, 2025, at approximately 12:11 p.m. on West 32nd Street between 6th and 7th Avenues, PAGE approached another stranger and made comments about her being his girlfriend, before placing his genitals against her leg.

About 15 minutes later, at 12:27 p.m. near West 26th Street and Sixth Avenue, PAGE walked into a nail salon and again made comments about a different woman being his girlfriend. The victim tried to get up and walk away, but PAGE grabbed her buttocks.

At approximately 12:56 p.m. near West 32nd Street and 6th Avenue, PAGE approached another victim in a store and lit her hair on fire. The victim was able to put out the fire before sustaining any injuries.

Approximately one minute later, PAGE approached a fifth woman on 6th Avenue, who was walking with her children and husband, and grabbed her buttocks.

PAGE was arrested near the nail salon shortly after.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant D.A. Hannah Dionne, Assistant D.A. Anna Nagler, and Assistant D.A.
