A QAnon conspiracy theorist who rioted at the nation’s Capitol — and urged men to sexually assault women as part of his work as a “pickup artist” — was sentenced Monday to 3½ years in prison for hoarding an arsenal of ammunition and weapons on the Upper East Side.
