Driver Was On Drugs During Fatal Harlem Crash, Prosecutors Allege 
HARLEM, NY — A Bronx man has been indicted on homicide and drug charges after a car crash killed one person and hospitalized another in Harlem this March, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said Tuesday.

“As alleged, DiCastro and Cordero ran a prostitution operation that spanned from Manhattan to upstate New York,” said District Attorney Bragg. “Disturbingly, that included the trafficking of at least one child. This investigation is active and ongoing. We urge anyone with information to call our Human Trafficking Unit at 212-335-3400.”

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A man has been convicted of breaking into an Upper East Side apartment, raping a 29-year-old woman and fracturing her skull, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office said Tuesday.

Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg said: “Donovan Murphy brutally raped a nurse who was just trying to get some sleep between her shifts at the hospital. A jury found that he broke into her apartment, beat her until he fractured her skull and split open her mouth, and then raped her. I thank the survivor for her fortitude and bravery taking the stand, and the members of the jury for their careful consideration of this case.”
D.A. Bragg: Kevin Crosby Indicted For Killing Delivery Worker, Injuring Second Cyclist, In Harlem Crash 
“Two New Yorkers were riding their bikes to deliver food when they were struck by an SUV moving at an extremely high rate of speed. As alleged, Kevin Crosby’s fatal conduct cut Zacarias Darly’s life short, and critically injured the second cyclist,” said District Attorney Bragg. “Our streets should be safe for cyclists, and we will prosecute drivers whose dangerous driving harms New Yorkers. My thoughts are with Mr. Darly’s loved ones who are mourning his loss, as well as the second cyclist who is recovering.”
DOB supervisor indicted for $75K bribery scheme 
A former New York City Department of Buildings supervisor has been indicted on bribery charges after allegedly accepting more than $75,000 in cash and other benefits from three construction industry insiders in exchange for fast-tracking permit approvals across all five boroughs.
