Jon Girodes was accused of stealing $250,000 from unsuspecting victims in a tax preparation scam. DA Charges Man in Alleged Rental Scam at W42nd Street’s Orion Condo
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has charged a Rochester man with running an alleged apartment-rental scam at The Orion condominium on W42nd Street, accusing him of stealing more than $32,000 from four apartment-hunters this spring.
