D.A. Bragg Announces Return Of Antiquities To Spain, Italy And Hungary
The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office announced the recent repatriation of antiquities to three countries, including 31 antiquities, some dating to the 6th century B.C.E., to the people of Italy; two 6th century C.E. Visigoth pendants to the people of Spain; and a 17th century C.E. Jesuit manuscript to the people of Hungary.

D.A. Bragg Announces Guilty Plea Of Afterschool Program Employee For Sexually Abusing An 8-Year-Old Student
“Miles McNeal is facing accountability for exploiting his position as a school employee to take advantage of one of his students, who was only 8 years old. This conduct is abhorrent, and I thank this brave survivor for coming forward,” said District Attorney Bragg. “We will continue to prosecute those whose acts threaten the safety and wellbeing of students in Manhattan. Fulton Street Subway Shover Sentenced
The Fulton Street subway shover, Christian Valdez, 36, of Brooklyn, was sentenced to 18 years in state prison on July 29 after pleading guilty in New York State Supreme Court to one count of attempted murder in the second degree back in June.
