Thanks to the attorneys in my office and our many law enforcement partners, we returned $7,750,000 to the New York State Insurance Fund through this prosecution.”

“As alleged, Li De Ming attacked a stranger when he pushed him onto the train tracks, putting his life at risk,” said District Attorney Bragg. “Thankfully, the victim was able to return to the safety of the subway platform and avoid further injury.
