D.A. Bragg, State of Saxony Announce International Law Enforcement Partnership
District Attorney Bragg said: “Global cooperation is key to our shared fight against far-right extremism and terrorism. Modern crimes do not stop at national borders, so neither do our law enforcement collaborations. I’d like to thank the Attorney General’s Office for its strong partnership and look forward to welcoming its prosecutors to Manhattan.”
D.A. Bragg: Man Indicted for Murdering Marisol Duran At Home In The Presence of Their Children
“I am deeply saddened by the death of Ms. Duran, and for her three children who are now without their mother,” said District Attorney Bragg. “These utterly horrific allegations demonstrate how quickly intimate-partner violence can turn fatal – particularly when there is a gun in the home. I urge anyone who needs assistance to contact our office by contacting our Intimate-Partner & Sexual Violence Bureau at 212-335-4308.”
D.A. Bragg Announces Major Expansion of Construction Fraud Task Force
“The work we do in this space would not be possible without the close collaboration and partnership of our integral local, state, and federal law enforcement partners. Construction fraud can fleece the public, hurt law-abiding business owners, and endanger the lives of workers,” said Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. “The expansion of the Construction Fraud Task Force demonstrates the seriousness of our commitment to rooting out illegal activity and creating a safe and fair industry.”
D.A. Bragg Announced Additional Indictments of Certified Public Accountant For More Than $10 Million in Insurance Fraud
