“Wilfred Cruz allegedly shot and damaged a storefront belonging to the current boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend,” said District Attorney Bragg. “My office’s Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Bureau and the NYPD’s 23rd Precinct kept digging, and, as we allege, recovered three operable guns and ammunition, and more than two dozen other weapons from axes to machetes. I thank our law enforcement partners for their ongoing collaboration to keep Manhattanites safe from gun violence.”
D.A. Bragg Announces Prison Sentence Of Christian Valdez For Throwing Girlfriend Into Oncoming Train In Lower Manhattan 
“Christian Valdez will serve nearly two decades in prison following his conviction for committing a life-threatening act of domestic violence in our transit system,” said District Attorney Bragg. “As a result of this extremely serious attack, the victim has permanent physical injuries, and experiences emotional trauma. I hope the resolution of this case offers her some sense of justice.”

“A young woman was walking into her SoHo apartment building when Ellow Williams followed her inside, strangled her until she appeared to lose consciousness, and raped her. D.A. Bragg: Man Indicted For Unprovoked Stabbings At Grand Central Station 
“As alleged, Gavin Ferguson viciously stabbed two commuters in an unprovoked attack during their morning commute,” said District Attorney Bragg. “This attack, which significantly injured both riders, took place onboard a crowded train, which potentially threatened the safety of surrounding subway riders. Acts of violence within our transit system will not be tolerated and I wish the victims a swift recovery.”
