Last night, members of our office joined Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) and Fordham Law School’s Center on Asian Americans and the Law for a trial reenactment highlighting the key events in the trial against two men responsible for the murder of Vincent Chin, a 27-year-old Chinese American.

Today we announced the sentencing of Donovan Murphy to a total of 34 years in state prison with 20 years post-release supervision for entering a woman’s Upper East Side apartment while she slept and raping her when she awoke to find him in her bed.
