The parents of Jahmeik Modlin, a 4-year-old boy who starved to death at his Harlem apartment last month, have been indicted on charges of second-degree murder, prosecutors announced on Wednesday.

Manhattan D.A. Bragg has announced the indictment of 37-year-old Hansel Esparragoza for assaulting an 81-year-old woman on the Upper West Side on Friday, September 13. This was one of two attacks against elderly women on the UWS that day.
