“Isolated from teachers and other responsible adults because of the pandemic, 10-year-old Ayden Wolfe was enduring horrific violence at the hands of his mother’s boyfriend. Ryan Cato brutally abused him, eventually killing Ayden in his own apartment,” said District Attorney Bragg. “While today’s sentencing will not bring back this innocent child, I hope it gives his loved ones a sense of comfort and closure in this abhorrent crime.”
D.A. Bragg Announces 116-Count Indictment Of Ryan Hemphill Predatory Sexual Assault Of Six Women In Midtown Apartment 
“We allege that Ryan Hemphill raped and violently assaulted six different women in his apartment in just five months,” said District Attorney Bragg. “Further, we allege that he threatened the women and used his position as an attorney to intimidate them and prevent them from reporting these crimes. This investigation is ongoing, and we have reason to believe there may be additional survivors. “A jury of William Hathaway’s peers found him guilty of raping a young woman at his apartment in the West Village following their first date,” said District Attorney Bragg. “This conviction makes clear that initial consent is not a blank check for rape. This survivor clearly said stop again and again, but the defendant did not. I thank her for taking the stand and delivering frank and honest testimony while enduring repeated claims that she was a liar full of regret. I’m grateful to the members of the jury for their service and several days of careful deliberation. “Nisean Graves senselessly killed Antonio Eggleston, a complete a stranger, on a busy public street,” said District Attorney Bragg. “His extremely vicious conduct left a family in mourning, and I hope that this significant prison sentence can give them some sense of justice.
