“As alleged, Victor Solis brutally attacked a man who was just trying to make his way home after a day of hard work,” said District Attorney Bragg. “This attack caused significant, life-threatening injuries that were thankfully nonfatal. D.A. Bragg Announces Indictment In Times Square Triple Shooting Click For More

“As alleged, Jayden Clarke callously fired multiple gunshots in the middle of Time Square – an area with considerable foot traffic and tourist activity,” said District Attorney Bragg. “As we further allege, Clarke’s actions resulted in significant injuries to three victims, including an older man and a teenage girl, who were each enjoying the night with their families as they visited New York City. Thankfully the injuries were nonfatal, and I wish each victim a full and speedy recovery.”

While she allegedly received more than $75,000 in bribes and an appearance on a TV show, every other New Yorker lost out.

D.A. Bragg Announces Return Of Antiquities To Spain, Italy And Hungary Click For More

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office announced the recent repatriation of antiquities to three countries, including 31 antiquities, some dating to the 6th century B.C.E., to the people of Italy; two 6th century C.E. Visigoth pendants to the people of Spain; and a 17th century C.E. Jesuit manuscript to the people of Hungary.
