14-Year-Old’s Murderer Sentenced In Harlem 
A Manhattan teen has been sentenced to 20 years to life in prison for shooting two teenagers, killing one, outside of an East Harlem deli, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said.

“As alleged, Ramon Rivera committed an unprovoked and violent series of stabbings across Manhattan, taking the lives of three New Yorkers who were going about their day,” said District Attorney Bragg. “These fatal stabbings have shaken our city, and those who commit random acts of violence will face accountability. My heart goes out to the loved ones of those who were tragically and senselessly killed: Angel Lata Landi, Chang Wang, and Wilna Augustin.”

There is nothing we can do to undo the pain they are experiencing, but I hope this lengthy prison sentence allows them to move forward and end this difficult chapter.”

A security guard at an Upper West Side migrant shelter has been accused of sexually abusing two girls who lived in the shelter he worked for, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said.

“Brittan Jones shoved an 85-year-old man onto the subway tracks in a brazen early morning attack at the Rockefeller Center station,” said District Attorney Bragg. “Those who commit acts of violence in our subway system will be held accountable.”

“Oscar Delgado allegedly sexually assaulted two sisters, abusing his power as a security guard whose duty was to protect the very children we allege he abused,” said District Attorney Bragg. “This charged conduct is deeply disturbing, and I hope the survivors continue to heal from these assaults.
