A grand jury has indicted a Brooklyn man accused of robbing and sexually assaulting a motionless man — later determined to have died that night — on a subway train last month.

Shane Hoskins was sentenced this afternoon (Thursday) in Manhattan Criminal Court to eight years in state prison with five years of post-release supervision for his involvement in a conspiracy that targeted gay men in Hell’s Kitchen bars with the intent to drug and rob them.
