D.A. Bragg Announces Indictment Of Youth Flag Football Coach For Paying Children To Send Nude Photos

“As alleged, this flag football coach used his access to children to gain their trust and paid them to send him explicit images and videos,” said District Attorney Bragg. “While this case began with an initial report, more survivors came forward with similar accounts. We urge concerned parents and caregivers whose children may have had contact with this individual to call our Special Victims Division at 212-335-3400.”  

D.A. Bragg Announces Guilty Plea of Cliffie Thompson For Operating Ghost Gun Factory

“Today Cliffie Thompson was held accountable for contributing to the proliferation of ghost guns in Manhattan and New York City as a whole by operating an illegal ghost gun factory in his apartment,” said District Attorney Bragg. “The easy assembly of ghost guns means bad actors are able to evade New York’s strict gun laws in their own homes. As we work with our law enforcement partners to remain vigilant on enforcement, we renew our call to the New York legislature to make the manufacturing of 3D-printed guns and gun parts illegal. It’s time to close these loopholes and strengthen penalties.”
