6 Charged In Violent Harlem Retaliation Conspiracy After Shooting: DA

Six Harlem residents were indicted for their role in a deadly conspiracy retaliation plot over a different fatal neighborhood shooting in April, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office announced Wednesday. The half dozen people indicted this week all have residential or social ties to the Lincoln Houses NYCHA complex in East Harlem, the DA’s office said.
