The pair would arrange for women – and at least one underage girl – to meet clients in hotels in New York City and in the Utica and Rome area, according to a news release from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg, Jr.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced that Deanna DiCastro, 39, and Gilliam Cordero, 38, are charged in a New York State Supreme Court indictment with sex trafficking a child, robbery and promoting prostitution for crimes that happened between October 2025 and January 2026.
