D.A. Bragg Announces Indictment of Man for Murder of Elderly Grocery Store Worker

Ex-NYPD sergeant sentenced for assaulting inmate inside Manhattan holding cell

A former NYPD sergeant was sentenced for assaulting an inmate inside a Manhattan Central Booking holding cell in 2022 Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg, Jr., announced Friday. Adrian DeJesus, 38, pleaded guilty to one count of official misconduct, one count of falsifying business records, and one count of attempted assault.
