A 28-year-old man has been indicted for allegedly breaking into an Upper East Side apartment in the early hours of Sept. 28 and raping a 29-year-old woman, according to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

A man accused of breaking into a woman’s apartment on the Upper East Side, then brutally beating, raping and robbing her, was indicted for the crimes, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced on Monday.
