A Pennsylvania man pleaded guilty to shoving an 85-year-old man onto the subway tracks at the Rockefeller Center station, prosecutors announced on Tuesday.
A Bronx woman has officially been charged with reportedly stealing more than $350,000 from a 100-year-old man, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced Thursday.
“Today, Brittan Jones is facing accountability for shoving an 85-year-old man onto the subway tracks at the Rockefeller Center station,” said District Attorney Bragg. “Every New Yorker deserves to be safe in our subway system, and those who jeopardize their safety will be held accountable.”
