D.A. Bragg Announces Murder Charges Against Father, Son For Acting In Concert To Kill Mother’s Boyfriend

“As alleged, this father-son duo murdered David Brown in his own home,” said District Attorney Bragg. “Disturbingly, Mr. Brown’s girlfriend – the mother of one of the accused – allegedly helped by tampering with evidence and hindering the prosecution of this case. We will seek full accountability for this terrible act of gun violence.”

D.A. Bragg Announces Indictment Of Luis Ortega For Robbing And Assaulting Harlem Funeral Home Director

“As alleged, Luis Ortega maliciously robbed and assaulted the 66-year-old owner of a funeral home in a coordinated and brazen attack. Bragg Indicts Man for Anti-Gay Hate Crime

On Thursday April 3, Manhattan D.A. Alvin L Bragg announced the indictment of Jamile Daniel, 29, for allegedly attacking a gay, Hispanic couple after making homophobic and xenophobic remarks in March.
