“Kristie Miro committed a brutal and deadly act of family violence that took her aunt’s life,” said District Attorney Bragg. “Losing any loved one to violence is incredibly painful, and unimaginable at the hands of another family member. I hope this measure of accountability can bring some comfort to Ms. Nieves’ loved ones, who continue to endure the effects of this senseless tragedy.”
Tabitha Bundrick, 38, is charged in a New York State Supreme Court indictment with nearly a dozen counts of murder, robbery, burglary and assault, prosecutors from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office confirmed in a news release on Wednesday, Sept. 24.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced Tuesday that Tabitha Bundrick, 36, is charged with three counts of second-degree murder, four counts of first-degree robbery, two counts of second-degree burglary and one count of second-degree assault.
The woman lured the men on the street in Washington Heights, sometimes with the promise of sex. At a vacant apartment or at their own places, she shared her drugs. Once the men were unconscious, she robbed them, according to prosecutors.
A New York woman is accused of using fentanyl-laced drugs to incapacitate and then rob four men of cash, phones, sneakers and other belongings, killing three of the men in the process.
