“Today Allen Weisselberg admitted in Court that he used his position at the Trump Organization to bilk taxpayers and enrich himself,” said District Attorney Bragg.

“Mr. Modi tricked this Manhattan company and pawned and sold diamonds that were not rightfully his on the cheap for his own financial gain,” said District Attorney Bragg

“This scheme unfolded in the heart of New York City’s historic diamond district., where Mr. Modi conned and defrauded a Manhattan business out of millions,” said District Attorney Bragg.
