D.A. Bragg Announces Indictment Of Man For Harlem Subway Station Shooting
“As alleged, Miguel Urena intentionally fired a gun in the direction of a man in a crowded subway station, recklessly disregarding the risk to his fellow New Yorkers,” said District Attorney Bragg. “Although nobody was hit, several individuals had to jump out of the way for safety. The alleged conduct is unacceptable, and we will continue to prosecute those who commit acts of violence in our transit system.”
