“The subway is the backbone of our city, and we will hold accountable anyone who attacks their fellow straphangers,” said District Attorney Bragg.
“As we head into the summer – when gun violence spikes each year – it’s more important than ever to incentivize our young people to stay away from gun violence,” said District Attorney Bragg.
“We are gratified by today’s decision, which upholds a monumental conviction that changed the way prosecutors and courts approach complex prosecutions of sexual predators,” said District Attorney Bragg.
