“Oscar Delgado allegedly sexually assaulted two sisters, abusing his power as a security guard whose duty was to protect the very children we allege he abused,” said District Attorney Bragg. “This charged conduct is deeply disturbing, and I hope the survivors continue to heal from these assaults. “Michael Olson schemed to target, recruit, manipulate, and sexually assault young girls, and raped at least one child in Manhattan on a weekly basis,” said District Attorney Bragg. “His horrendous conduct was the very definition of predatory, and I thank my office’s Human Trafficking Unit for putting a stop to it.”

“As alleged, Rayshawn Weir kept this child in a perpetual state of fear and pain over the course of 15 months,” said District Attorney Bragg. “Only when bystanders intervened as he allegedly attempted to strangle her at the Port Authority bus station did this horrific abuse come to an end.
