“Art is a window into the past, and particularly with pieces of this age, it’s often the only opportunity we have to study civilizations long-gone,” said District Attorney Bragg.

“This remarkable antiquity is the first from Michael Steinhardt’s $70 million collection of 180 looted and stolen antiquities to be repatriated to its country of origin,” said District Attorney Bragg.
