“As alleged, Victor Solis brutally attacked a man who was just trying to make his way home after a day of hard work,” said District Attorney Bragg. “This attack caused significant, life-threatening injuries that were thankfully nonfatal. I wish the victim a full and swift recovery, and I am grateful to the New Yorkers whose selfless actions potentially saved this victim’s life and ensured an arrest was made.”

I hope the resolution of this case offers her some sense of justice.”

“As alleged, Gavin Ferguson viciously stabbed two commuters in an unprovoked attack during their morning commute,” said District Attorney Bragg. “This attack, which significantly injured both riders, took place onboard a crowded train, which potentially threatened the safety of surrounding subway riders. Acts of violence within our transit system will not be tolerated and I wish the victims a swift recovery.”
