“As alleged, Kevin Young brutally stabbed Monte McEvilley, his neighbor, who was completely unarmed,” said District Attorney Bragg. “This alleged conduct senselessly took Mr. McEvilley’s life, and my thoughts are with his loved ones as they continue to grieve their loss.
