“As alleged, Abdul Little viciously stabbed a train passenger on a train pulling into Manhattan’s landmark train station,” said District Attorney Bragg. “New Yorkers and commuters deserve to be safe while navigating our railroads and subways, and we will seek full accountability for anyone who commits these horrific acts of violence. I wish the victim a speedy and full recovery.”

“Within hours, Luis Rosas slashed three victims in unprovoked attacks near one of Midtown’s largest and most frequented transportation hubs,” said District Attorney Bragg. “After being convicted of a jury of his peers, Rosas will now serve a state prison term for these brutal assaults, which caused significant injuries for each victim. In Manhattan, we are laser-focused on random, unprovoked attacks, and we will continue to hold accountable those who harm New Yorkers.”

“Jamar Banks allegedly stabbed a man on the subway on New Year’s Day, before fleeing,” said District Attorney Bragg. “Violence in our subway system will not be tolerated, and we will continue to prosecute those who harm straphangers. I hope the victim heals from this assault.”
